OBJECTIVES   OF OUR COMPETITIONS




The Competitions of the Confederation have by purpose, aside from summoning            the dance professionals to be united to this great movement (that is  the unique one and greater in his I generate in America and the world),  is the one to guide the interpretative and technical work of students,  dancers, teachers and chorographers, to that they reach a professional  level later to insert them in the labor field, in which gradually the   C.I.A.D. prepares altogether with the federations and associations affiliated with her. In aids growth must to increase artistic, and this is possible  since in the events of the confederation a punctuation is handled, that  to qualification way, serves as direction and which, adapts at the level  of the participants of the event at issue. To the dancers in the professional  stage, one stimulates them impelling them within our Circuit and recommending them to the external market. It is the case of dancers and teachers,            who have begun in our events and have reached some important goals,  to example way we can mention some, like: Daniel Bartra and Caroll of   the Castle of Currents (Modern Jazz of Noemi Coleho); Jorgelina Marien Ferreri de Rosario (National Ballet of Spain); Anrea Boyko de Posadas (Chilean Ballet of Camera); the malambista Germa'n Oaks of the Chaco,  the tangueros Daniel Noce (Current), Cecilia and Ariel de Posadas (contracts  in Buenos Aires, Brazil and Switzerland); of dance arabe: Tania Yael  Yobi de Salta and Paola Angel of San Lorenzo (contracts of courses and juries); of Spanish dance Virginia Miller de Salta (sworn and courses); the folklorista Héctor Guaitima (sworn and courses); Raul Cerdán Aguirre de Corrientes and Maria Elena Markendorf (contracts of teacher            in Brazil, Paraguay and Uruguay)); Graciela Echague (to Canada); the  Brazilians: Adila Pereira de Uruguaiana (contract in Europe); Marcia  Strap gives Silva of San Pablo (contract in Argentina and Paraguay); the Uruguayan colleagues: Jorge Lopez and Cecilia Gatto (folklore), Helena  and Juan Ramon (tango) opening of the labor market, between many others,   as well as masterful and coreographes, in one lists interminable  and in constant growth. The different modalities from competition, and  their respective styles or sub-red, were including in our events as  they were prevailing in the labor market, since when being an organization who this to the service of the dance professional, she has the obligation  to adapt to the demands and to be prepared to guide them. This adaptation happens through Congress and Symposiums, like for example: the "Congress  Mercosur Dance", made in End of the East (Uruguay), Niteroi-River            of Janeiro (Brazil) and Currents (Argentina); the I Congress of Contemporary            Dance in Uruguayana (Brazil), the I Latin American Congress of Folkloric            Dance in Santa Cruz of the Mountain range (Bolivia) the International            Symposiums on Folkloric and the Symposium the International  of Classic Dance in Currents, the Symposium the International of the   Russian School of Classic Ballet in Rosario, and the Latin Americans  of Spanish Dance in Rod-Cordova, Argentina
