FOUNDATIONS

The dance, a natural expression of the man, happens  to be a social necessity. He is indispensable that practices, is taught and It is regulated like all the collective activities of the civilized  human being.

OBJECTIVES

Artistic:

To place to the dance in a place of privilege in the society which  they conform all the nations of the American continent, is fundamental  that becomes a popular necessity, being the messenger in the cultural  integration of the towns. That it helps the man to see again itself  with its true spiritual values. To look for the awareness of the governments  by the importance of this expression. To contribute to the culture  of the person from the childhood. To promote plans, programs and projects with great social participation. To implement a change of attitude  and communitarian mobility partner forehead to the unfolding of the              dance and its area of influence. To contribute to the joint of institutional              and organic forms of participation of the municipalities,  intermediate organizations, autarkic beings and organs of government. Thus micro  in the dynamics of the cultural development will occur to answers  to the regional imbalances.

Professional:

To consolidate the Profession of the Dance, anyone is their language,  like a worthy office, serious and respected. To protect, to support  and to develop to the professional of the dance, to foment its initiative,  its participation in the deprived sector, like factor that impels  the production of the same one. To contribute to the fortification of political and social integration, as well as the incidence of the              interests of local base in the cultural decision making on municipal, regional, national and continental scale.

ACTION WAY

Artistic:

The C.I.A.D. will be able to create, to direct, to administer, to sponsor and to support:

Institutes of Education of the Dance.

Training centers.

Investigation and documentation Centers of the Dance.

To organize courses, seminaries congresses, works of investigation,              contests, exhibitions, inside and outside the American continent facilitating              approach means and creating integration poles.

To decide scholarships, we rendered of honor, credits, subsidies and              contributions are to people of physical or legal existence.

To cooperate or to be suitable with other associations or public or              deprived organizations of any part of the world, with specific aims to the fulfillment of the objectives of the Confederation.

Professional:

To group the Federations and National Associations of Professionals of Dance of the American Continent

To support the creation of Unions or Professional Associations of  Dance, where they do not exist.

To guarantee, to take care of and to protect to its members, maintaining              the unit continental of the dance professionals.

To support initiatives of the national Federations.

To make labor and artistic Treaties and international treaties.

To cooperate with the public authorities in the study of labor questions              related to the interests of the Confederation, the profession and  its members.
